• Motherboard and CPU defects
• Free return shipping for warranty repairs

  • What's Not Covered

• Physical damage from drops, spills, or mishandling
• Damage from power surges (use a surge protector!)
• Software issues or virus infections
• Modifications or upgrades performed by third parties
• Normal wear and tear on peripherals

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us through our Contact Page and select “Warranty Claim” as the question type.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with next steps.
  4. If a repair or replacement is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
  5. Your PC will be repaired or replaced and shipped back within 7-10 business days.
