How long does it take to build and ship a PC?

If you buy an already-assembled machine, expect 1-3 days for handling. If you request a custom build or buy a Made-To-Order PC, expect up to 10 business days for assembly and handing. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

You can check out with Affirm if you prefer to pay in installments rather than in full!

What is your build fee for custom computers?

For computers under $1000, I charge 22% of the part cost. For $1000-2000, I charge 15% of the part cost, and for $3000+ I charge a 12% fee. All build fees are calculated before taxes. For example: if your computer costs $1500 before tax, my fee would be $225.

Can I customize the components in my build?

If the computer is already assembled and ready to go, you can contact me directly and see if I have any parts that can be customized. In Made-To-Order computers there are multiple add-ons you can select. Of course, you can also always request a custom computer to fit your specific needs!

What warranty do you provide?

We ship to the USA only!

Can I send in my own parts for a build?

Sure! Any shipping fees associated with getting your parts delivered to me will be your responsibility, but after that I will treat it just like a custom build where I’ll charge a small build fee and shipping fee and then get it back to you!

Do you offer returns?

Yes. For any computer you can request a return within 7 days of delivery for any reason. Note, however, that a return for a reason other than damage or malfunctioning will require the buyer to pay for return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee. All returned items are inspected and tested prior to refund approval. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable. Returned systems must include all original accessories, must not be physically damaged, must not be modified, and must not be missing original components. For a return, please contact me first.

Do your computers use new or used hardware?

We use a combination of new and pre-owned parts in our computers. Generally, most of the computers that you can readily purchase from the website will have some new and some used parts. All systems are considered refurbished unless stated otherwise. If you are doing a custom build, you can request whether you want all new parts or not! Fear not, though, all pre-owned hardware is professionally tested and cleaned to make sure it functions like new and will last you many years!

What shipping method do you use?

Generally, we use whatever service is the cheapest or best value for money. Generally, this will be USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground/Ground saver. If a faster option costs us only a few dollars extra we will generally choose that. You can also choose “Quick Shipping” which will generally be with a service that delivers within 3 days. Usually this is UPS 3 day select or 2nd day air. Occasionally we do ship with FedEx. Please note that every computer purchase will REQUIRE a signature upon delivery.
