90-Day Standard Limited Warranty
Every Hammer PC is backed by our standard limited warranty. Warranty coverage applies only to hardware functionality under normal use (see below). This warranty covers hardware malfunctions and shipping-related damage occurring within 90 days of delivery.
- What's Covered
• Hardware component failures under normal use
• Defects in system assembly or workmanship
• Shipping damage that is reported within 72 hours of delivery
• Memory (RAM), storage, motherboard, CPU, video card, and power supply failures under normal use
Free return shipping for warranty repairs!
Warranty service may include repair, replacement, or equivalent substitute parts at our discretion.
- What's Not Covered
• Physical damage from drops, spills, or mishandling
• Damage from power surges or improper electrical supply (surge protector recommended)
• Software-related issues, malware, or virus infections
• Modifications, repairs, or upgrades performed by the buyer or third parties (including overclocking)
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear on peripherals and accessories
• Damage caused during customer return shipping due to improper packaging
• Consumable items such as CMOS batteries
• Compatibility issues with customer-installed hardware or software

How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us through our Contact Page and select “Warranty Claim” as the inquiry type.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with troubleshooting steps or next instructions.
- If warranty service is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
- Please securely repackage the computer, using the original packaging materials whenever possible.
- Once received, the system will be inspected, repaired, or replace and shipped back as soon as possible, typically within 10 business days.
Note: Systems found to have non-warranty damage may be subject to repair and return shipping charges!
